What makes traditional Thai massage different?
Traditional Thai massage combines rhythmic pressure, assisted stretching and guided movement. Unlike a conventional oil massage, it is commonly performed on a comfortable mat while you wear clean, loose clothing provided by Sabai.
Your therapist adapts the pace, range of movement and pressure to your comfort. The goal is not to force a stretch. It is to help your body move with greater ease while paying attention to the way your muscles respond.
Before the session, tell your therapist about recent injuries, sensitive areas, pregnancy or any health concerns. You can ask for less or more pressure at any time. Clear communication helps us personalize the treatment safely.
