Pressure and stretching, shaped around you
Traditional Thai massage brings together steady pressure, assisted stretches and slow movement. Rather than asking you to stretch alone, your therapist guides the movement and adapts it to your comfort. Tell us which areas feel tight and whether you prefer a gentler session or more active stretching.
What to expect at Sabai
We begin with a conversation about your comfort, movement and goals. Clean, loose clothing is provided for this treatment. Pressure and range of movement can change throughout the session: you can ask to reduce a stretch, change position or spend more time on a particular area. You do not need to be flexible to begin.
Choosing between Thai and oil massage
Choose traditional Thai when assisted stretching and clothed bodywork appeal to you. If you prefer flowing strokes with oil and a quieter pace, explore Thai Aroma Oil massage. If you want focused pressure on specific tight areas, our Deep Tissue treatment may be a better starting point. Contact us for a free consultation if you are unsure.
